A3: Our MOQ for each type of wristband is 1000pcs.
Q4: Can you customize my wristbands in a special shape?
A4: Yes, we offer OEM services. However, for customized wristbands, you will need to pay the mold cost. Please understand.
Q5: Can I order some samples for testing?
A5: Sure, we can arrange the sample to you by freight collect. For existing samples, it takes 1 day and is free of charge. For samples with your logo, it takes 3 days and incurs a sample cost. Please understand.
Q6: What about the shipping methods?
A6: For urgent orders and lightweight items, you can choose from the following express options: UPS, FedEx, ***, DHL, EMS. For heavy items, you can choose to deliver the goods by air or by sea to save costs.
